Slumbering Sesame is a spicy sesame sauce that should be used without cooking on fresh vegetables (arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), on roasted or sauteed vegetables (eggplant, mushrooms, potatoes, chickpeas, cauliflower, etc.), in wraps,  on pasta or grains (quinoa, kasha, etc.) and more! If you prefer to cook it, use it in your baked eggplant, roasted cauliflower, chickpea recipes. etc. After a tangy and spicy meal, this sesame hopes you have a restful sleep!

Slumbering Sesame

  • Vegetable (olive) oil, sesame seeds, Sichuan peppercorn, chana dal, ashwagandha, hing, curry leaf, tahini, chili sesame oil, gluten free tamari soy sauce, vegetable broth, rice vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, urad dal, red chili, coriander, cumin
